  6. Charles Fitzcharles, Earl of Plymouth was buried in Westminster Abbey on 18th January 1681 (modern dating) in the vault in Henry VII's chapel formerly occupied by Oliver Cromwell. He has no monument or gravestone. He was probably born in Bruges about 1657, an illegitimate son of Charles II by Catherine Pegge.
