Difford then embarked on a solo career from 2000 before Squeeze reformed as a touring/recording band in 2007. Since then as well as performing in Squeeze, Chris Difford has continued to play live both in a solo setting and as a duo with Glenn Tilbrook, in each case generally playing acoustic sets comprised of Squeeze and solo material.

Tour Reading. Two weeks roll by and it seems like time pulls the carpet from beneath the marching crowd. The shows get better, the band gets better and the set falls further into a place, a bit up and a bit down a sum of three halfs. In the end we all get what we need. Including the audience the ticket buyers and lovers of the band.
