Synopsis. The penniless Ali Baba becomes a millionaire when he discovers the treasure cave of the forty thieves. The robber thief Abbu Hassan attempts to steal Ali Baba's newly found fortune by posing as the Chinese mandarin Chu Chin Chow, whom the thief had previously killed.
Summaries. Musical retelling of the "Ali Baba and the 40 Thieves" Arabian Nights tale. Ali Baba discovers the treasure cave of robber-baron Abu Hasan, and tells his greedy brother, Kasim Baba, who is posing as a Chinese merchant and entertaining Hasan, where the cache is hidden.
