Initially, Jim was replaced by Craig Riker (Jughead’s Revenge), who played on the track Klawsterfobia (Short Music for Short People). This was a brief stint, ultimately being replaced by Chris Aiken, whose musical background had a strong impact on the 2000 eight-song EP, The Element of Sonic Defiance .

Craig Riker rejoined the band on bass, and Phantasmagore was re-released on Deadsy's own Tran Kilo label on November 2. On April 18, 2023, an Instagram user asked Dr. Nner about Deadsy updates and Hawkey confirmed that he's no longer part of the band which was further confirmed in a dedicated post shortly after.
