23 de abr. de 2024 · In the 1940s, Dizzy and Machito birthed bebop and cubop at Minton’s in Harlem and the Park Avenue Ballroom in “El Barrio” East Harlem. Basically, Machito’s music director Mario Bauzá and Dizzy reunited the Caribbean hero twins, separated at birth by colonial divisions.
