  2. 3 de feb. de 2023 · REO SPEEDWAGON has recruited Derek Hilland as the replacement for keyboardist and founding member Neal Doughty, who left the band last month. On Thursday (February 2), REO SPEEDWAGON singer Kevin Cronin released the following statement via social media:

  3. The band announced Derek Hilland (ex-Iron Butterfly) as a touring replacement for Doughty. On November 7, 2023, Hall announced he was taking a leave of absence from touring to prepare for and undergo back surgery for an accident he had a number of years earlier. Hall is expected to rejoin the band on tour in 2024.

  4. Derek Hilland returned to play keyboards for the group's 2003 dates when Larry Rust was not available. Larry Rust parted ways with the band in 2005 and was replaced by German violinist, keyboardist, and composer Martin Gerschwitz, who had formerly worked with Lita Ford , Meat Loaf , Walter Trout , and most recently Eric Burdon and The Animals .
