14 de abr. de 2022 · Charnett Moffett, a renowned bassist who performed with a host jazz stalwarts and carved out a successful solo career, suddenly passed away on April 11 due to a heart attack. He was 54. According to a press release from the family, Moffett was with Jana Herzen, his musical collaborator for the past 12 years, who became his wife two years ago.
