Dorothy Bray (or Braye), Baroness Chandos (c. 1524 – 31 October 1605) was an English noblewoman, who served as a Maid of Honour to three queens consort of King Henry VIII of England; Anne of Cleves, Catherine Howard, and Catherine Parr.

Dorothy Bray (1529/30 – 31 October 1605), who married firstly Edmund Brydges (d.1573), 2 nd Baron Chandos, by whom she was the mother of Giles Brydges (1548–1594), 3rd Baron Chandos; and secondly the courtier William Knollys (c.1545–1632), 1 st Earl of Banbury.

She married Edmund Brydges 2nd Baron Chandos about 1539, in Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England, United Kingdom. They were the parents of at least 9 sons and 6 daughters. She died on 31 October 1605, in Minety, Wiltshire, England, at the age of 81, and was buried in Rotherfield, Sussex, England.
