St. Edward’s has strong links with Oxford University – one of the most academically rich universities in the word. Our pupils learn in its shadow, and are inspired by its proximity, following their own interests and extending their knowledge beyond the curriculum. They are challenged to aim high, and find their own success.

83% are boarders and 17% day pupils 60% are boys and 40% girls. We are joined annually by pupils from some 60 different Prep Schools. Overseas pupils make up 18% of the school population and come from over 40 countries. There are 13 Houses for both boarding and day pupils, five for girls, five for boys, and three that are co-educational.
