Charles Seymour, II barón Seymour de Trowbridge (c. 1621 – 25 de agosto de 1665) fue hijo de Francis Seymour, I barón Seymour de Trowbridge, quien le sucedió en la baronía de 1664. Charles Seymour, 2nd Baron Seymour of Trowbridge (c. 1621 – 25 August 1665) was an English peer. He was the son of Francis Seymour, 1st Baron Seymour of Trowbridge, whom he succeeded in the barony in 1664. Francis had been a younger brother of William Seymour, 2nd Duke of Somerset.

Charles fue el segundo hijo de Charles Seymour, II barón Seymour de Trowbridge (m. 1665) u Elizabeth Alington (1635–1692). Su padre era tataranieto de Edward Seymour, I duque de Somerset (ejecutado en 1552), hermano de la reina Jane Seymour, tío del rey Eduardo VI y Lord Protector de Inglaterra.
