Elisabeth Veronika Mann Borgese, C.M., (* 24. April 1918 in München; † 8. Februar 2002 in St. Moritz, Schweiz) war eine Seerechtsexpertin und Ökologin sowie Publizistin, Sachbuchautorin, Autorin von Erzählungen und Gründerin der wissenschaftlichen Zeitschrift Ocean Yearbook.
