Erling Sven Lorentzen (Kristiania, 28 de enero de 1923-Oslo, 9 de marzo de 2021) [1] fue un armador, naviero e industrial noruego-brasileño. Fue esposo de la princesa Ragnhild de Noruega (1930-2012), hermana mayor del rey Harald V y de la princesa Astrid .

Erling Sven Lorentzen fue enterrado el 22 de marzo de 2021, casi dos semanas después de su fallecimiento. Descansa en el cementerio de Asker, donde fue sepultado tras una ceremonia celebrada en la iglesia de Asker. 22 de mar. de 2021 · Erling Sven Lorentzen, who died at the age of 98, was a Norwegian-Brazilian shipowner and industrialist as well as the widower of Princess Ragnhild, the elder sister of King Harald and Princess Astrid, who had gotten married at Asker Church in 1953.

10 de mar. de 2021 · Erling Lorentzen came from a wealthy family, fought in the Norwegian Resistance during World War II, launched a shipping and industrial career in Brazil and married King Harald’s older sister, Princess Ragnhild. His family informed the Royal Palace this week that Lorentzen died at his home in Oslo on Tuesday, after a long and adventurous life.
