Angelides has traced his own path of experimental sound for the past two decades, as both a solo artist and collaborator, conjuring releases under his former moniker ‘Eskmo’ with labels Ninja Tune, Interscope, Warp, Planet Mu and Apollo, as well as his own imprint, Ancestor.
California-based electronic musician Eskmo (Brendan Angelides) has produced music in numerous styles, ranging from drum'n'bass and glitch-hop to ambient and downtempo, but his work has always possessed a dramatic, cinematic quality.
Brendan Angelides, better known by his previous stage names Eskmo and Welder, is an American electronic music producer and composer. He has released music on the record labels Interscope, Ninja Tune, Planet Mu, and Warp Records.
