Hace 6 días · Richard Phillips Feynman (/ ˈ f aɪ n m ə n /; May 11, 1918 – February 15, 1988) was an American theoretical physicist, known for his work in the path integral formulation of quantum mechanics, the theory of quantum electrodynamics, the physics of the superfluidity of supercooled liquid helium, as well as his work in particle physics for which he proposed the parton model.
Hace 3 días · The "faculty member" was David L. Goodstein, who included it in the book, "Feynman's Lost Lecture: The Motion of Planets Around the Sun", co-authored with his wife Judith R. Goodstein. In Chapter 2 (p45), the book says, "When I (D.L.G) started..." and the story continues through that chapter from that same first person perspective.
