Francis Ingram-Seymour-Conway, 2nd Marquess of Hertford, KG, PC, PC (Ire) (12 February 1743 – 17 June 1822), styled The Honourable Francis Seymour-Conway until 1750, Viscount Beauchamp between 1750 and 1793, and Earl of Yarmouth between 1793 and 1794, was a British peer and politician.

Conway, Francis (Ingram) Seymour- (1743–1822), chief secretary for Ireland, Viscount Beauchamp , and 2nd marquess of Hertford , was born 12 February 1743 in London, eldest son of Francis Seymour-Conway (qv), later 1st marquess of Hertford, and Isabella Seymour-Conway (née Fitzroy); he was styled Viscount Beauchamp from 1750 until 1793.

The artistic patronage and collecting of Francis Ingram Seymour-Conway (1743–1822), 2nd Marquess of Hertford from 1794, began immediately after Reynolds’s death in 1792. In 1796, he acquired the famous portrait of Mrs Mary Robinson ('Perdita'), today part of the Rothschild Collection at Waddesdon Manor, then in 1810 the portrait of Nelly O’Brien.
