Frank C. Stilwell (1856 – March 20, 1882) was an outlaw Cowboy who killed at least two men in Cochise County during 1877–82. Both killings were considered to have been self-defense. For four months he was a deputy sheriff in Tombstone, Arizona Territory for Cochise County Sheriff Johnny Behan.

He was a brother of a more famous Indian fighter and scout, Simpson Everett “Comanche Jack” Stilwell (1850-1903). He was raised in Kansas City, Kansas.
Franklin "Frank" J.B. Stilwell (born 1944) is an Australian political economist and Professor Emeritus. He is known for establishing, with Evan Jones, Gavan Butler, Margaret Power, Debesh Bhattacharya, Geelum Simpson-Lee and Ted Wheelwright, an independent political economy department at the University of Sydney.
