  5. 11 de sept. de 2004 · Biography: Fred Ebb was born on April 8, 1928 in New York City to Anna Evelyn and Harry Ebb. He studied at New York University and Columbia University. He worked for songwriter Philip Springer in the 1950s. He met his longtime collaborator John Kander in 1963. They had a nearly 40-year presence on Broadway and a dozen different musicals.
