I'm curious if this campaign idea seems interesting, or makes any kind of sense. Basically, Spelljammer meets Eberron meets Galactica 1980. For a while now my headcanon has been that the entirety of Siberspace was purposefully shielded from outside influences by Siberys (or possibly all three Progenitor Dragons).
