George Digby, 2nd Earl of Bristol KG (5 November 1612 – 20 March 1677) was an English politician and peer who sat in the House of Commons from 1640 until 1641, when he was raised to the House of Lords by a writ of acceleration.

George Digby, 2nd earl of Bristol was an English Royalist, an impetuous and erratic statesman who had a checkered career as an adviser to kings Charles I (ruled 1625–49) and Charles II (ruled 1660–85). The eldest son of John Digby, 1st earl of Bristol, he first became a royal adviser in 1641.

In 1641, George Digby was the 29 year old son of the Earl of Bristol. He was born in Madrid while his father served as ambassador to Spain, and his father had been a leader in the attempted Spanish Match between Prince Charles and the Spanish Infanta.
