George Grenville, né le 14 octobre 1712 à Westminster , mort le 13 novembre 1770 à Londres, est un homme d'État Whig britannique qui a occupé des fonctions gouvernementales durant une période de sept années, atteignant la fonction de Premier ministre de Grande-Bretagne (16 avril 1763-13 juillet 1765).
