He had seen the unfinished God Damn Dr. Shagetz starring Dean Jagger and liked it enough to remake it into his own sci fi horror flick. To his credit, he made a more entertaining movie than Shagetz. Evil Town is a little too pedestrian and slow to ever get off the ground.

24 de may. de 2019 · A strangely entertaining mishmash of a film, Evil Town began its life in the late seventies as God Bless Grandama and Grandpa and/or God Bless Dr. Shagetz and/or God Damn Dr. Shagetz before then more or less disappearing.
