Felipe Guillermo de Neoburgo, Elector del Palatinado (en alemán: Philipp Wilhelm; 4 de noviembre de 1615-12 de septiembre de 1690) fue conde palatino de Neoburgo de 1653 a 1690, duque de Jülich y Berg de 1653 a 1679 y Elector del Palatinado desde 1685 hasta 1690. Era hijo de Wolfgang Guillermo, conde palatino de Neoburgo, y Magdalena de Baviera.

Philip the Upright ( German: Philipp der Aufrichtige) (14 July 1448 – 28 February 1508) was an Elector Palatine of the Rhine from the house of Wittelsbach from 1476 to 1508. Biography. He was the only son of Louis IV, Count Palatine of the Rhine and his wife Margaret of Savoy.
