Louise of Mecklenburg-Güstrow (28 August 1667 – 15 March 1721) was Queen of Denmark and Norway as the first spouse of King Frederick IV of Denmark. In 1708–09, she was regent during her husband's trip to Italy.

Louise, Herzogin zu Mecklenburg [-Güstrow], auch Luise [1] (* 28. August 1667 in Güstrow; † 15. März 1721 in Kopenhagen) war Tochter des Herzog Gustav Adolf zu Mecklenburg und dessen Frau Magdalene Sibylle, Tochter von Friedrich III. von Schleswig-Holstein-Gottorf.
