HB Art of Directing is a hands-on course that gives new Directors a chance to with Playwrights. The collaboration between director and playwright on the development of a new play in process requires communication, curiosity, and a deeply cultivated understanding of the writer’s intentions and modes of expression.

HB Studio’s Directing classes are intended for directors of all levels, examine all forms of directorial assignments, and are focused on directing for the stage.
