Looking for pillow that won't let me hear my heartbeat. Hey mattress folk, I can't remember the last time I slept on my side. Everytime I try, my heartbeat keeps me up ( it's resting pace) and I end up on my back. This applies to both ears.

I had two more ultrasounds to confirm the miscarriage, and both confirmed no heartbeat. Before giving me medication to pass the baby on Monday, they did another ultrasound.

You can't have a heartbeat when you don't have a heart. A four week old fetus, which is nominally what they're talking about when they refer to "6 weeks", is less than half an inch in size, and doesn't have a heart.
