Great album, great band, but not nu metal. I saw that LoA has the nu metal tag on wikipedia for the song "Weeds", according to an article. I don't know about that, though. I listened to both nu metal and LoA back then, but never saw them as part of the nu metal scene. Alternative metal band, yes.

As the vehicle moved, the plate would flex, and sensing the plate's position gave a rough turn rate. The inclinometer was a little sealed cup with four capacitive sensing plates.
