Heinz Hoffmann (28 November 1910 – 2 December 1985) was Minister of National Defense in the Council of Ministers of the German Democratic Republic, and since 2 October 1973 member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Socialist Unity Party (SED). Youth. Born in Mannheim, Grand Duchy of Baden, Hoffmann came from a working-class family.

His fundamental research contributions are published in more than 330 papers and book articles, and despite this large amount of results there are even forthcoming activities planned for the next years.

In that context, the aggregates were finally formed by chemical reactions and not by the application of external shear forces, which are more complicated to control.
