Henrietta Churchill, 2nd Duchess of Marlborough and Countess of Godolphin was the daughter of John Churchill, 1st Duke of Marlborough and Sarah Churchill, Duchess of Marlborough. She married Francis Godolphin, 2nd Earl of Godolphin on April 23, 1698. He was the son of Sidney Godolphin, 1st Earl of Godolphin and Margaret Blagge.

She married Francis Godolphin, 2nd Earl of Godolphin (1678-1766) March 1698 in England.
