  2. Henry Grey, 3rd Earl of Stamford was born on 10th June 1685 at Enville, staffordshire. He was the son of Honrable John Grey and his wife Honrable Catherine Ward . He married Dorothy Wright, daughter of Sir Nathan Wright, on 6th July 1704. He died on 16th November 1739 aged 54.

By his fathers wishes he had previously been contracted, and probably married, to a daughter of Lord Arundel, but with some difficulty, and by the payment of a large sum of money, he managed to free himself from his first wife.

  6. 3 de ago. de 2021 · Henry George Grey, 3rd Earl Grey (styled Viscount Howick 1807-1845) was born at Howick, Northumberland, in 1802 and died there in 1894. The eldest son and heir of Charles, 2nd Earl Grey (Prime Minister 1830-1834), he followed his father into politics in 1826, when he was elected M.P. for Winchelsea in the Whig interest.
