Hace 1 día · Colleen was one of a kind, just like Herb Kelleher. When they were made, the mold was broken. I was privileged to work under their leadership from Feb 1983 until Jun 2016 when I retired. Colleen and Herb worked hard but also played hard. She embodied The Golden Rule to treat others the way we wanted to be thanked.

Hace 4 días · Ms. Barrett served as the legal secretary to Southwest co-founder Herb Kelleher and airline president from 2001-2008, and is credited with many of the carrier’s signature strategies, many still in use today. She started her career with Southwest Airlines in 1978, and was appointed president and COO in 2001 before stepping down seven years later.
