Sure they also have Blew as yet another EP, but because of how exclusive this project is and the fact that it isn't on streaming services is super weird. Not a single song from here made it on Incesticide or In Utero and remain exclusively on physical media with the exception of rips.
Reissued in 2005 on green and pink vinyl (Hormoaning (Exclusive Australian '92 Tour EP)). The cover art suffers poor quality, unsharp photos and a missing showerhead on front cover. As the original artwork was copied, labels and rear sleeve show "Printed in Australia".

Hormoaning. The EP was released to promote the band's tour of Australia. All three formats (12", CS, CD) were limited to a total of 15,000 copies. Except for some CDs that were sold early (December 1991), the release date was in January 1992. DGC Japan later decided to release a CD of their own in February 1992.
