Image Union is an American independent documentary series created by Jamie Cesar and Tom Weinberg. It was aired on WTTW, a PBS affiliate in Chicago, Illinois and premiered on November 16, 1978.

Image Union: Con The Solarz Family, John Faye, Art Baldwin. "Image Union" presents works collected by Tom Weinberg who, since 1978, restores and distributes documentary films, experimental or home videos and television programs created by artists, activists and community groups.
We are building off of the public TV program Image Union, which aired weekly in Chicago for 30 years and became the go-to place to access video and film outside the mainstream. Like a TV station, our main virtual channel provides a worldwide audience with a 24/7 stream of spontaneous fun, action, ideas and culture.
