Honora Burke (c.1535-aft. 1615) was the daughter of John Burke of Clogheroka, Galway. She married Ulick Bourke, 3rd Earl of Clanricarde, son of Richard Bourke, 2nd Earl of Clanricarde and Margaret O'Brien, on 25 November 1564 at Anthenry, County Galway, Ireland.
