Jane Danson (born Jane Elizabeth Dawson, 8 November 1978) is an English actress. She is known for her portrayal of Leanne Battersby in the ITV soap opera Coronation Street, between 1997 and 2000, and from 2004 onwards. Her other television credits include Children's Ward (1995–1997), The Grand (1997) and The Bill (2002–2003).

Es hija de un albañíl y de una trabajadora social. Tiene un hermano mayor, Paul, y una hermana menor, Alison. Es muy buena amiga de la actriz Georgia Taylor. El 10 de diciembre de 2005, se casó con el actor Robert Beck, con quien tiene dos hijos: Harry Alexander Jack Beck (15 de julio de 2006) y Alfie Sam Robert Beck (26 de febrero de 2009).
