There is a great 1989 compilation called Brownie which basically does have it all. But OP you should just spend a lot of time with Study In Brown and if you love it just hit up More Study in Brown (1956). That's gonna probably satisfy your appetite but if not "Brown and Roach Incorporated" (1954) is a logical next step in terms of studio albums.
