Jemima Yorke, 2nd Marchioness Grey and Countess of Hardwicke ( née Campbell; 9 October 1723 – 10 January 1797), was a British peeress. [1] Life and family. She was a daughter of John Campbell, 3rd Earl of Breadalbane and Holland, and his first wife, Lady Amabel Grey.

She was a daughter of John Campbell, 3rd Earl of Breadalbane and Holland and Lady Amabel Grey. Her maternal grandparents were Henry Grey, 1st Duke of Kent and Jemima Crew.
She succeeded to the title of 2nd Marchioness Grey [G.B., 1740] on 5 June 1740. As a result of her marriage, Jemima Campbell, Marchioness Grey was styled as Countess of Hardwicke on 6 March 1764. On her death, the Marquessate of Grey became extinct.
