Jerome Robbins, all'anagrafe Jerome Wilson Rabinowitz ( New York, 11 ottobre 1918 – New York, 29 luglio 1998) è stato un regista, coreografo, ballerino, direttore artistico e produttore teatrale statunitense . Come coreografo iniziò la sua carriera nel 1944 ideando i balletti per il musical On the Town di Leonard Bernstein.
Jerome Wilson Rabinowitz (later Robbins) is born October 11, 1918 at the Jewish Hospital in New York City to Herschel and Lena Rabinowitz. His father is an émigré from Rozhanka, Russia. His mother, also an émigré, was raised in the American Midwest.
