John is an experienced exercise physiologist who has worked with a range of groups from cardiac patients to elite level athletes. After leaving the Armed Forces in 1992, he completed his degree in Exercise Physiology at the West Sussex Institute of Higher Education and then went on to gain an MSc in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Liverpool.
