Our History. Korsmo Construction is a second-generation, family-owned company that was founded in 1948 by four brothers: John, Gordon, Martin, and Paul Korsmo. Korsmo Brothers Construction quickly grew into a well-respected general contracting firm, performing work throughout western Washington.

In 2015, after years of working for Barney Church Group, agent John Korsmo saw the opportunity to serve ministries in his home state of North Dakota. He helped form a partnership with American Church Group, LLC, to create what is today known as American Church Group of the Dakotas.
