John Albert Edward William Spencer-Churchill, 10th Duke of Marlborough, DL (18 September 1897 – 11 March 1972), styled Marquess of Blandford until 1934, was a British military officer and peer.

John George Vanderbilt Spencer-Churchill (born April 13, 1926) is the 11th and present Duke of Marlborough. He has married three times. By his first wife, Susan Mary Hornby, he had two sons (the surviving, younger son, Charles James Spencer-Churchill , styled Marquess of Blandford, is his heir apparent) and a daughter.
