Celle Castle (German: Schloss Celle) or, less commonly, Celle Palace, in the German town of Celle in Lower Saxony, was one of the residences of the House of Brunswick-Lüneburg. This quadrangular building is the largest castle in the southern Lüneburg Heath region.

The old town, Altencelle, was founded about 1248, and Celle (founded 1292) was the residence (1371–1705) of the dukes of Brunswick-Lüneburg.

Celle Castle (1292) with its Residenzmuseum is one of the most beautiful castles of the Royal House of Hanover in Germany. Court tales are vividly brought to life: Celle as a Baroque royal seat, place of exile of the Danish queen Caroline Mathilde, summer residence of the kings of Hanover in the 19th century.
