She married David Eisenhower, grandson of President Eisenhower, at the New York Marble Collegiate Church in December 1968 – just weeks before her father was sworn in as president. They have three children – Jennie, Alex and Melanie – and three grandchildren. Mrs. Eisenhower currently serves as a trustee for the Richard Nixon Foundation.
