The N.G. Zhiganov Kazan State Conservatory is a higher musical education institution in Kazan, Tatarstan, Russia. The conservatory was founded in 1945 by Soviet Tatar composer Najip Jihanov who was a rector of the institution during 1945-1988. In 2000 the Conservatory was named after him.
On May 2 and 3, 2024, Professor Demetrio Colaci from the Giuseppe Verdi Milan Conservatory, Italy, made a private visit to the Kurmangazy Kazakh National Conservatory. The professor familiarized himself with the institution's activities and conducted workshops for students of the Vocal Art Department. 4 may 2024.
