Kevin Michael Richardson is an American actor and voice actor, known for his distinctively deep voice. He is best known for voicing a multitude of characters in animated series and video games, playing mostly villainous characters since the 1990s. He has done voice work on several Disney productions, most prominently voicing Captain Gantu in the Lilo & Stitch franchise.
Richardson's notable voice roles outside of Disney include Cleveland Brown, Jr. in Family Guy and its spin-off The Cleveland Show, as well as the Joker in The Batman, the latter of which he received two Daytime Emmy Award nominations for his work. He is also well-known for voicing Prince Goro in the 1995 film adaptation of Mortal Kombat, Exile in Kids' WB Road Rovers, Plato the buffalo in Adventures from the Book of Virtues, Slam Tasmanian and Tech E. Coyote in Loonatics Unleashed, The Shredder in Nickelodeon's 2012 series of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Kamek in The Super Mario Bros. Movie.
