21 de abr. de 2024 · The Abbey has been continuously operating since 1089, when Leopold II of House of Babenberg donated the Melk grounds to the Benedictine monks of Lambach abbey. Today, it’s possible to tour several interior and exterior spaces of the baroque complex, including the museum, marble hall, library, abbey church, and abbey park.

Hint / Advice: If you would like to visit the permanent exhibition in Lambach Abbey without a guided tour and outside of the Abbey’s opening hours, you can buy an admission ticket from the ticket machines daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
