In addition to Saturday and After-School classes during the traditional school year, the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute offers summer day camps and intensives for students in grades 2-12. Das Institut wurde 1969 von Lee Strasberg gegründet, dem damaligen Leiter des Actors Studio in New York. Dem vorausgegangen war die Eröffnung des Actors Studio West. Es besteht noch heute.
