Robert Scott Hicks ( Uganda; 4 de marzo de 1953) es un director de cine australiano, nominado en algunas ocasiones por la Academia de las Artes y las Ciencias Cinematográficas de Hollywood. Robert Scott Hicks (born 4 March 1953), known as Scott, is an Australian film director, producer and screenwriter. He is best known as the director of Shine, the biopic of pianist David Helfgott. Hicks was nominated for two Academy Awards.
