  5. Lisa Eva Nandy (born 9 August 1979) is a British Labour Party politician. She has been Member of Parliament (MP) for Wigan since 2010. She was Shadow Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change from September 2015 until June 2016. [1] [2] She became the Shadow Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs on 5 April 2020.
