Luis Antonio Miranda Concepción [1] (born August 23, 1954) is a Puerto Rican political strategist, philanthropist, and advocacy consultant. [2] Early life. Miranda was born and raised in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico. He migrated from Puerto Rico to New York City at 18 when he received a scholarship from New York University.
