Wallace Hall Information. Wallace Hall is located on the corner of Macalester Street and Summit Avenue. Originally constructed in 1907, Wallace Hall is the oldest residence hall on campus. Now a co-ed dorm, Wallace once housed only women. The building is known for its hardwood floors, marble staircases, the formal lounge, and historical charm.
